At You Glow, we empower women and girls in Southeast London by addressing barriers like mental health, domestic violence, substance use, poverty, housing insecurity, and the impacts of imprisonment through support, education, and opportunity.

Who We Help

Our focus is on women and girls who are at risk and face multiple challenges, including:

Mental health struggles
Poverty and lack of basic resources
Women seeking employment (CV Writing, Interview Preparation)
Domestic violence and exploitation
Substance use
Risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
Care leavers transitioning to independence
Low school attendance or exclusion
Contact with the criminal justice system

What We Offer

Through a wide range of tailored support and opportunities, we empower women and girls to build confidence, develop skills, and take steps toward a brighter future. Our services include:

1:1 and Group Support: Personalised guidance to meet individual needs.
Workshops and Training: Programs to build skills, confidence, and employability.
Survivor Support Groups: Safe spaces for survivors of domestic violence to heal and grow.
Counselling and Therapy: Professional mental health support tailored to personal challenges.
Information, Advice, and Guidance: Practical assistance to navigate life’s challenges.
Socially Prescribed Activities: Inspiring and educational activities designed to improve well-being and create opportunities for connection.

Wrap Around Service

Our support service provides enhanced assistance to women and girls aged 13 and above, particularly those facing multiple and complex challenges. We offer tailored support to meet their unique needs.

The service is available across Southeast London and includes:

1:1 personalised support
Group support sessions
Mentoring opportunities
Access to specialist services and resources

Our aim is to empower women and girls, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Referral Process for Partner Agencies

If you are a professional working in a partner agency (e.g., Education, Social Work, Health, Voluntary Sector Service, Police, etc.) and wish to refer an individual to our service, please complete a referral form.
